Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Hardscape Construction Foreman interested in a partnership-style, profit-sharing structure. This role leads crews installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features across Southern California. You’ll oversee all phases of each project—from planning through completion—ensuring quality, safety, and efficient operations while maintaining consistent communication with both the team and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise hardscape crews on-site
Plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish
Maintain safety standards and ensure top-tier quality control
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and scopes of work
Manage materials, tools, and heavy equipment
Communicate clearly with crews, clients, and management
Provide accurate reporting and updates using WhatsApp and other digital tools
Diagnose and resolve on-site challenges promptly
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in hardscape construction and team leadership
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
Ability to read/interpret technical plans and blueprints
Experience with heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, etc.) is a plus
Bilingual: English and Spanish
Strong computer skills and digital communication abilities
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Highly reliable with strong attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Willing and able to travel to any state when required
