Are you an experienced Android developer?
VK Integrated Systems (VKIS) has an immediate opportunity for an Android Developer
to gather requirements, analyze, design, develop, implement, test, and support code;
working under limited supervision, perform additional duties as assigned. Debugs new software products, or makes enhancements to existing items
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline,
or the equivalent combination of education, technical training
Required skills:
- Proven experience building high-quality, professional, consumer mobile applications
(Samples Required)
- Strong Experience with Native Android development and Android Studio (Kotlin required)
- Strong knowledge of Android JetPack Components (Required - Architecture components)
including Room, SQL etc.
- Proficient with Google FireStore, JSON
- Participation in the development and preparation of documentation for, but not
limited to, procedural, program and user documentation.
- Experience packaging mobile apps for distribution for Google Play Store,
or internal enterprise
- Experience with agile workflow and Git-based repositories
Languages:
- C/C, Java , Kotlin (Required), OpenGL
Pluses:
- Knowledge of Android NDK, GNU tools
- Cross-platform experience
- Experience developing test procedures
