Position Overview:
We are looking for someone who knows their way around industrial cleaning equipment (no, your vacuum cleaner at home doesn't count). You must be self-driven, and reliable, with the ability to handle jobs unsupervised while being tracked through our job application software. You’ll also need excellent sales/customer service skills because we expect you to talk to actual humans sometimes in person and sometimes via text. We want a world-class floor cleaner who takes pride in their work and finished product, ensuring our high standards are always met.
Additional Responsibilities:
Clean floors to perfection, quote new jobs, help generate new customer leads.
Sell additional services to current customers when appropriate, pass flyers, set up signs on job sites.
Represent the brand in a professional/friendly manner to maintain our strong reputation in the community.
Be a leader on the team, helping train less experienced technicians and managing the job sites start to finish.
Report updates and job progress clearly to management and other team members.
What We Offer:
Pay Range: $25–$30/hour based on experience, with potential for future overrides and commission.
Full-time: 40+ hours per week (4-6 days/week). As much work as you want if you want more hours!

Who We’re Looking For:
Must have prior experience in floor cleaning or floor installation (wood or tile).
Skilled in using industrial cleaning equipment (buffers, power washers, etc.).
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, polishes, sealers, industrial cleaning supplies.
Strong work ethic, reliability, problem solver, and a passion for delivering top-tier results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and coordinating with the team.
Someone who is motivated, fast, and ready to work hard alongside our young fun and driven team.
