We are a professional property management company that services close to 500 Homes, Condos, Townhomes, ADU's and apartment complexes throughout Orange and Los Angeles counties including the Inland Empire.
Please we are looking for a 10-99 maintenance technician that could assist us with the many service calls we get.
The ideal candidate is someone with a professional mind set that has expert knowledge with installing GFCI outlets, ceiling fans, stucco repairs, painting, lock changeouts, basic plumbing as well as the complete cleaning of the units after we do renovations.
A can do attitude is a plus.
The ability to read and write and text is paramount in this field because we sometimes do state required paperwork for compliance issues.
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work Monday through Friday, usually from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
Most weekends off.

We do drug testing
Starting pay is $28 per hour, raise based on performance after 90 days
Gas allowance of $75 per week
Current drivers license with clean DMV report required by our insurance should you have to drive our service trucks
10/99 position (you do your own taxes)
Required reliable vehicle needed
Required must have your own tools
Required Smart Phone for dispatch
No medical benefits available at this time
Please be available for 40 hours or more Monday through Friday
Payday every Friday
