Part-time Executive Personal Assistant for TV Personality (Newport Coast)
compensation: $20 per hour to start, with opportunities to increase
employment type: part-time
Hope is that it would become a long-term position.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing work schedules
- Travel research, booking and itinerary oversight.
- Organizing office system and keeping it running smoothly (scanning, filing, phone and email duties)
- Picking up mail, mail sorting, mailing out bills and paperwork, and shipping items out
- Mídia: Youtube, instagram, website, facebook understand.
- Preference : Men
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years applicable work experience as a personal or midia.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Car and clean driving record and background.
- Excellent written and oral communication—able to find and correct grammar mistakes
- A clear sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional follow through skills (status reports and confirmation of tasks completed)
- Strong computer and technology skills - Mac & Windows: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, iPad, iPhone, youtube, instagram, facebook, twitter and websites.

Much of this job can be done remotely, and it would require you to be on-call and available for approximately 20 - 30 hours per week.
