We are a large property management firm that specializes in managing mobile home communities throughout California for 29 years. We are seeking an experienced Community (live on-site) Manager for very nice, all age Mobile Home Community.

Community Manager Responsibilities:
Assist the Regional Manager in all phases of managing the mobile home community.
Preform outdoor inspections, prepare and issue notices to residents
Prepare leases, rent increase reports & various notices
Assist in prepare and complete various weekly and monthly management reports
Obtain comparable proposals for maintenance projects and improvements. Oversee projects
Collection and processing of Space Rents and utilities; serve legal notices as needed
Supervise, train and discipline all employees
Hold all vendors accountable for the work done on the property
Process invoices for payment
Community Manager is responsible for entire park and it's operations
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Must have excellent people skills
Must possess strong administrative skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to meet deadlines and complete work with accuracy.
Must be able to communicate effectively with people
Must have valid driver's license.
Own a registered and insured vehicle.
