THE JOB
Be the leader of the Office & Accounting Operations.
Share the vision & inspire greatness from your employees.
Create & foster a culture of excellence.
Build your team by recruiting & retaining top talent.
Empower your team to achieve maximum performance.
Display a management style of enthusiasm, productivity & accountability throughout the accounting department and the Dealership.
Prepares and analyses financial statements and monthly reports.
Maintains an orderly accounting system.
YOU HAVE
A proven track record of success in the industry (about 2+ years in a comparable role or more in an automotive accounting support role).
Solid leadership experience.
Enthusiastic attitude & outgoing personality.
Exceptional interpersonal skills & the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
A positive & optimistic outlook on the world that you bring to your professional environment.
A superior work ethic & sense of personal accountability.
An appreciation for diversity, recognizing that the most successful organizations employ a wide range of individuals from a variety of backgrounds & leverage their individual talents and perspectives to achieve results.
The ability to pass our pre-employment screenings (criminal, drug, MVR).
YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE
3-5 years in a similar role.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
