Eberhard Equipment is the Kubota tractor dealership in the Indio Valley. We are a family and employee owned company and have operated in Southern California since 1945. Our Coachella operation has an opening for a service manager. This is a key position in the company and will report directly to our general manager.
The duties will include direct customer contact, coordination with other departments, scheduling repairs, managing six existing mechanics, one admin support person, and direct communications with Kubota's service department.
The selected candidate will possess management, technical, mechanical & organization skills. Your employment history, background and education will be used to prove to us that you have the necessary skills for this job.
