Temporary Hostess/Host for popular New Home Communities in the Low Desert cities/Palm Springs to Indio.
You will be greeting the potential buyers and Brokers/Real Estate Agents, tour models, inventory homes, and other duties such as answering the phones, keeping the lobby neat and brochures ready.
Requirements:
1. Must have a current California Real Estate License. (in order to discuss, anything about the purchasing of a new home).
2. Be available at least 3 to 5 days a week from 10 am to 6pm
3. Usual professional attire, great attitude, Friendly, helpful, proactive, and know when to turn the customer over to the Builder's agent. Your first step to learning the New Community sales approach!
Training is provided at no cost! In fact it does not cost you anything to join our team! New Home Sales Agents looking for part-time assignments are invited!
