Growing custom design company is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join their team! In this role, you will oversee the full production timeline of construction development projects across the nation. You will be tasked with guiding projects from the initial planning stages to completion as well as building/managing teams, maintaining budgets, scheduling projections, and acting as the go-between for agencies and clients.
You should have:
-A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
-10+ Years of professional commercial and/or institutional construction management experience
-Proven relational, financial, and process leadership experience
-Passionate about client satisfaction, team development, and process improvement
-Excellent organizational, communication, facilitation, crisis management, and negotiation skills
