We are seeking a very experienced, fast line cook for our small, but busy restaurant. Primarily looking for someone during busy breakfast/lunch rushes. Are you that cook?
Can you turn out plate after plate of bacon and eggs cooked to order consistently?
Can you flip a perfect omelet and then do ten more? and ten more after that?
Can you manage a busy grill and a window full of tickets?
Can you move quickly and efficiently in a small kitchen?
Can you keep your cool when the pressure is on and be a team player?
Do you like the adrenaline rush of a busy line working with other professionals?
