The ideal candidate would be someone with years of experience as either a restaurant manager, or an assistant manager looking to make take that next step in their career.
Must be able to manage all staff and operations, maintaining the quality of food and service.
Must manage hiring, terminations, scheduling for all employees.
Must have great customer service skills
Must be well organized and have good problem solving skills
Must maintain consistency of service and standards.
