I need demolition and hauling employees to work for a demo company I need employees that can go on payroll. I need skilled workers experienced in demo work and general knowledge of construction work. I need skilled workers no newbees. I also travel out of town all over Southern California. I am hiring for 2 positions.
I need a lead guy that can run the show and drive company truck with a trailer and that is experienced in driving a truck with a trailer and backing it up, doing dump runs. Also must be experienced in driving long distances on freeway with truck and trailer to San Diego, LA, Orange County, San Bernadino and back and do the job and come back. Sometimes we stay in hotels. Must also be able to do demo work by hand and load trailer this is not only for driving this is for both. Must be able to work hard and drive. I need a lead guy that can manage a job and get it done when I am not there. And when a problem arises he can fix it like a plumbing leak or minor electrical problems and can get it situated without panic and confusion.
This is for interior demo work like ripping out kitchens, showers, tile, drywall and sometimes exterior work like concrete removal and other things.
I am also hiring for just a general laborer that can travel in company truck with the crew and lead guys. Must be good at following directions and can do demo work and load a trailer of debri to assist in completing the demo and clean up job efficiently. Also you must know how to demo and use a saw zaw to cut out studs and jack hammer to remove tile No driving the truck and not in charge, only work and general knowledge of construction work. But must be willing to travel in company truck out of town in San Diego, Orange County etc do the job with the crew and come back in a a day. Sometimes we also stay in hotels and I pay for food.

My yard is in Desert hot springs and this is the meet up spot every morning 6:00 am start time every morning there is work the crew meets to hop in company trucks
Keep in mind this is tough, dusty, long days, physical demanding job. This is not for the weak, play by the book, not used to hard work kinda people. ?
Basically this is not a gardening job at the ritz Carlton with muffins and tea in the break room. ?
