EXPERIENCED ON-SITE MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL WANTED
Compensation: COMPENSATION BASED ON EXPERIENCE - (2 bedroom 2 bath apt plus salary)
We are currently looking to fill an IMMEDIATE opening - Coachella Valley Location:
The apartment maintenance technician is responsible for providing exceptional service while maintaining value and quality in the community by assessing and completing repairs on the property as requested.
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Keeping a high level of service in mind with every task
Assessing and troubleshooting problems
Performing basic electrical, plumbing, appliance and general maintenance repairs
Painting / Cleaning
Performing basic janitorial tasks
Performing basic landscaping tasks
Respecting the boundaries of confidentiality, fair housing laws and safety
Completing work in a timely, cost effective, and accurate manner
Handle after hours emergency calls when necessary
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Strong customer service background and skills
Ability to multi-task
Projection of a professional image by following dress code and appearance standards as set forth by the community
Reliable transportation
Basic mechanical aptitude
A willingness to be trained and take direction
Ability to work independently
A positive, upbeat attitude
REQUIREMENTS:
Open to living on site
Bilingual Preferred but not required
Prior apartment maintenance experience a must
A work record of good attendance and punctuality
Access to hand tools (i.e. drill, channel locks, pliers and hammer).
