High-end, multimillion dollar custom home builder seeking immediate opening for customer service/project manager for large estate in Coachella Valley area. This will be a maximum of 32 hours per week.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and customer service.
2. Scheduling subcontractors and vendors necessary for repairs and remodeling of home.
3. Must be proficient in Excel spreadsheets
4. Maintaining weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance schedules of home.
5. Must have proper telephone etiquette.
6. This position requires a multitasker and ability to work independently.
