We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and goal-oriented individual to support a fast paced company. This position will be a temporary full time receptionist/file clerk for an Insurance Agency. Possibility to become permanent.
Duties include but not limited to:
1) Answering, routing/screening all incoming calls, and taking messages
2) Greeting clients
3) Assisting staff and advisor as necessary
4) Corresponding with clients.
