Established Southern California retail and online business, Fan Diego, is looking to augment their sales team in their Rancho Mirage showroom. Ideal candidate would have retail store sales experience and excellent customer service skills. The position requires friendly, positive, organized and motivated people, capable of learning products and processes quickly. Candidates with a proven track record and interest in team building is desired.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Connects with customers by asking open-ended questions to assess customer needs.
Drives store sales by suggesting additional items to customers to meet their active lifestyle needs.
Stays current on all product knowledge and communicates features and benefits to customers.

Ability to establish & maintain effective relationships with employees and customers.
Possesses a strong character/ethical core.
Ability to interact cooperatively and work as a team towards a common goal.

Ability to work a changing schedule to meet the needs of the business
Ability to perform other retail and operational duties: cash register, inventory count, stocking, answering phones, ETC
Minimum Experience:
Previous experience in retail, sales, and customer service preferred, but not required.
