As an account manager, your primary daily duties will include:
-Prioritize daily work flow and maintain speed and accuracy of data entered.
-Handling high call volumes at times and processing information from calls.
-Communicating and solving issues as they arise.
-Working directly with field agents and finance companies.
Collections experience a plus
Qualified applicants must possess the following skills:
-Ability to type a minimum 40 words per minute with accuracy
-Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, efficiently, attention to detail and a team player
-A positive attitude, outgoing, professional, and self-motivated
-Ability to operate office machines such as faxes, scanners, copiers and phones
-Ability to speak clearly, read, and writes in English with proficiency
-High school diploma/G.E.D.
