We are seeking an entrepreneurial Area Developer for the rollout of our new copyrighted advertising system for local businesses in the Palm Springs Area. This position entails recruiting and leading advertising representatives who will be selling ads to small businesses in the community. We will train them on our unique system. This is a six-figure opportunity at quota, but can be done part-time because the ad reps will be doing all the day to day selling in their territory.
Key elements of this position include:
Entrepreneurial mindset to build and grow your business
Ability to recruit good Advertising Reps with our better than average compensation plan
Ability to lead 6 to 8 Ad Reps to achieve above quota performance after we train them
Ability to assist the Ad Reps with sales to larger accounts
Researching and learning about the local businesses that fit our ideal client profile
Ability to learn and use the Salesforce system for managing your Ad Reps
Communicating with Corporate on the metrics for quota achievement in your Area
