SouthWest Dealer Services is currently looking to immediately hire Automotive Alarm / Security Installation Technicians to work in the Palm Springs and Indio areas.
We offer great income potential through our compensation program for Automotive Alarm / Security Installers.
Our Automotive Alarm / Secutrity Installers start at $13.00/hour, but have the opportunity to make between $27k-$65K/year. Our Automotive Installers are paid on an hourly OR COMMISSION PER INSTALL. Once the amount of installation commision exceeds the hourly rate, then the Installer has the ability to control his/her earnings, based on the number of installations they successfully complete. An hourly rate is established to guarantee a minimum wage until the Installer is fully trained and able to successfully install at a pace that would allow them to earn more money.
This is a Full-time, Hourly position, and offers a steady work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, so our employees can spend more time with their families during the evenings and weekends. We also offer some Part-Time positions in certain areas.
Applicant must have a Valid Driver's License, and a clean driving record.
Experience as a Professional Automotive Stereo or Alarm Installer is highly desirable.
Applicants should be comfortable working as a team or by themselves.
