Understanding the key requirements for the Control and Data Plane features of the VMware SD-WAN product, architecting a solution and delivering a working prototype and the final product

You will ​design, ​develop​ ​next​ ​generation​ ​of​ ​networking​ ​data​ ​plane​ ​feature.

Participate through all phases of the service development lifecycle, based on an agile scrum development methodology.

Build up unit and integration tests along with product features.

Work with customers to debug and resolve issues.

Required Skills:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science; Masters Degree preferred

A solid foundation in computer science, with deep knowledge of data structures, operating system concepts, multi-threaded programming, and software design.

Good knowledge of TCP/IP and commonly used L2/L3 networking protocols.

Extensive​ ​experience​ ​in​ ​software​ ​developing​ ​in​ ​C/Python in a multi-threaded environment.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent teamwork skills and enjoys team focused environments

Ability to work independently
