The Partner Sales Acceleration Team (PSAT) is leading the way and driving the global partner strategy and roadmap across all partner business models.We are searching for a bold, forward-thinking, hard-working new college graduate to be part of PSAT. The team is responsible for developing strategy, processes, and tools that enable a successful partner ecosystem globally.As a Partner Role Excellence Associate, you will:

Understand the partner journey and VMware’s story

Collaborate on multi-functional, worldwide projects

Support internal partner-facing roles

Drive improvements to processes, tools, and analytics

Strategize with all partner stakeholders to improve partner experience

You will be responsible for building resources, analyzing data, and managing communications that enable partner role productivity globally. You will work very closely with the GEOs and corporate functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and Human Resources.The ideal candidate is a self-starter, data-driven, and shows a track record of execution. Outstanding communication, organization, and people management skills are required to achieve success.Requirements:

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management, or other relevant field of study

Strong interpersonal skills, including communications and storytelling expertise

Excellent writing skills with the ability to articulate ideas in a precise and concise manner

Effective PowerPoint design and presentation skills, including virtually

Strong analytical skills leveraging Excel and ability to gather business intelligence

Ability to think creatively, take ownership of tasks, and adapt to changing business requirements while remaining detail-oriented

Ability to manage projects with cross-functional teams

Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing stakeholder demands

High level of accountability and integrity

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to deliver high-quality deliverables

Ability to set and achieve personal goals

Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Use of project management tools (e.g. SmartSheet, Wrike, etc.)

Use of enterprise collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, Slack, Teams, etc.)

Available to start in July 2020

Preferred Skills:

Use of enterprise analytical tools (e.g. Salesforce.com, Tableau, etc.)

Enterprise-level experience and comfortable with executive-level interaction

Fascination with information technology and its use in business
