Currently, we are looking to hire a Senior Accountant with recent Accounts Payable experience (payroll exp a plus!). Position must accurately and timely process bills using accounting software provided (Quickbooks Online and Bill.com). Position interacts daily with the client and 3rd parties to collect vital data.-Primary manager of client cash account and must ensure sufficient funds are available for forecasted and extraordinary items such as capital calls and construction progress payments-Ensure confidentiality of client's records and files when dealing with client staff and 3rd party advisors. Discreetly hold and manage online access codes for banks, brokerage accounts, and credit card activity-Coach and mentor staff and be a knowledgeable resource for basic accounting, software needs, and proper communication techniques-Accurate and timely processing of personal bills for high-net-worth clientele. Reviewing recurring items and processing both routine weekly check runs and special expenditures.What You Need for this Position

4+ years in accounting with recent AP experience

BA/BS in Finance or Accounting

Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Bill.com is a nice to have :)

Payroll experience is nice to have
