Develop, code, configure, and test programs, systems, and solutions independently with minimal supervision in order to meet defined core ERP product specifications. Advise product owners on discrete technology-related business problems. Work with product owners to determine the best solution. Help design and build scalable software solutions to implement and integrate new technologies. Build and implement scalable applications that provide immense business impact in the areas of consumer order management, finance and purchasing functionality. Lead the development of a technical solution that meets the needs of the business and aligns with architectural standards. Solve core ERP problems at scale and evolve existing systems. Enhance products focused primarily on consumer finance, procurement, and inventory.
Responsibilities:- Improve and expand custom internal facing web-based analytics applications. Please be familiar with: requirements gathering, data investigation/manipulation, prototyping, development & operations.
- Focus on improving, scaling, and innovating on the front-end. Because the development team is extremely agile, you will be required to wear many hats as needed. Any experience with a startup is a plus.
- Design and implement innovative multi-visual interfaces & features that will enable the business to create compelling narratives around their data and quickly diagnose when things go awry. Make data and insights easy to consume.
- Develop performant and scalable code, while maintaining a foremost focus on delivering rapid business value.
- Strong social skills are important. Candidates should be very comfortable working with analysts, domain experts, and decision-makers to develop data-driven solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Bachelor/Master's Degree (STEM) or 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, or other front-end visualization library experience.
- Experience with creating systems of reusable components from scratch in your framework of choice (React preferred).
- Ability to demonstrate layout & UI/UX abilities while always keeping the end user in mind.
- Experience with modern web dev tools/patterns/idioms, Node.js comfortable with at least one framework of choice.
- Working experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc. is valuable.
- Proficient in querying and manipulating large data sets. Comfortable writing SQL.
- Statistics, ML/AI modeling experience and/or interest a plus.
- Side projects, github, or personal portfolios are a big plus (please include front and center in resume, we will look!)
