- Provide day-to-day production support, in a managed service model, for IBM BPM and BAM integrations within the Customer portfolio. Some Responsibilities include:
- Close incidents, update knowledge management databases, and log problems as needed
- Acknowledge the events and decide when to escalate.
- Architect and design solutions for Minor Enhancements
- Investigate and resolve incidents related to availability.
- Perform root cause analysis on problems related to availability.
- Participate in changes required to implement availability solutions.
- Suggest workarounds for problems.
- Establish the root causes of identified problems.
- Propose structural resolutions for problems.
- Implement structural resolutions for problems if Change Management is not required.
- Update the problem investigations with relevant information
