An early stage, series-B startup founded by advanced MIT aerospace engineers is looking to hire a Lead Security Engineer to their team. This company creates a more effective and affordable wireless connectivity and as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be working with the director to build out, implement, and architect modernized tooling within their hybrid cloud environment. This company is in an aggressive growth stage that would allow you to growth within the company and have your own team within a year. They are on the cutting edge of IoT technology and need someone like you to take the next step in their growth. As their 1 st Security Engineer hire, you will be implementing security best practices and driving the direction of the security process moving forward. Required Skills & Experience
- Proficient with in depth Linux system fundamentals
- Experience with working in a hybrid cloud environment
- Past experience with designing, building out, and implementing best security practices
- Experience with SIEM tools and vulnerability management tooling
- Implementing penetration testing
- Experience working within a Google Cloud Platform public cloud environment
- Experience working with HachiCorp suite of tooling
- Cloud: 25%
