Our client's ERP was transformed to support the future state organization. Client's Supply Chain outsourced the work to a company to define the new business architecture, processes and technology (SAP S4 HANA Cloud). The client now needs support with fully integrating the new system and model across the enterprise. Role and Responsibilities:- Support intermediate-level transactional processes (transportation, warehouse, inventory and commitment planning ) .
- Follow detailed documentation and instructions to execute a variety of process-oriented tasks to support demand and supply matching activities.
- Identify basic to complex level supply chain anomalies and seek guidance for resolution.
- Plan, organize and coordinate all project related activities, delegating tasks and monitor project status. Ensure compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures and standards.
- Work with worldwide multiple discipline teams and multiple external vendors.
- Manage resources, risks scope and timeframes.
- Work closely with IT and the business management to reflect project progress and constraints.
- Present program status to all relevant stakeholders.
- Use IT project management tools to track status, performance and manage the activities.
- Plan, coordinate and control various test activities.
- Develop and define suitable test methods and tools.
- Technical management and control of testing team.
- Document test activities and prepare results.
- Comfortable with leading, coordinating and planning IT testing
- Strong experience with complex Project Management and Pro ject Leadership
