Location: Pasadena, CA (Remote until COVID)· Domaino Experience in building automation solutions for real-time, large scale applications Asset Management domain knowledge· Technology & Processo Worked in Automation tool such as Selenium, QTP (UFT) and in JIRA , Visual Studio and regression toolso Functional testing and writing business scenarios for testingo Ability to understand the requirements and aid teams to prepare reverse traceability matrixo Experience & knowledge in Functional Automation different frameworks like Seleniumo Knowledge of Performance Testingo Knowledge in Security Testingo Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, security, quality and teams performanceo Experience in talking to Customer technology managers, business units, technical teams, senior management to coordinate scope, multiple project delivery timelines, dependencies and riskso Must have experience in working with globally distributed Agile teams, define processeso Good understanding on the testing life cycle and also hands on preparing test data , test scenarios and writing bug reports · Change Management· Must have experience in coordination for change management and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved· Soft skills - Analytical & Time Management skills, good appetite for learning, flexible, agile, nuances of communication (both verbal and written)
