- Windows 2010 : installation and support
- Virtualization: VMware vCenter, ESXI and Hyper – V, VLAN, V- Switches, Microsoft Hyper V
- Familiar with Extreme Networks and Ubiquit
- Applications support
- Security and Firewalls: Sonicwall, Rapid 7 and Netskope
- Redhat Linux
- Remote support tools
- Microsoft DHCP HA, AD DNS, EMC VNX, UNITY 300 SANS, firewalls; SonicWall, MS, VPN Deployment, McAfee Webgateway, Barracuda WAF/saas, WSG load balancers, SIEM
- College degree in Information systems or Computer science
