• Remote Options (Fully Remote, Partially Remote, Onsite): Fully Remote • Required Level of Education and Preferred Level of Education: High School required / 4 year degree preferred • How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? 5+ • Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Good knowledge of video conferencing hardware and ITU standards (i.e. H.320, H.323, H.264 and SIP) - AMX, Crestron or Extron control system knowledge - Experience with Cisco switches - media gateways - routers, Cisco/Tandberg Video equipment. Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Surfacehubs. • Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Crestron room panels, Active Directory, CCNA, Tandberg, Polycom, Radvision, MCSE, ITIL certifications. • Expected Shift: DayTop Daily Responsibilities: 1. Provide Installation, Troubleshooting, Repair, and Preventive Maintenance support for all Video Endpoints 2. Provide design/engineering/project support on new/upgraded video conferencing projects 3. Support/resolve video conferencing/AV field incident tickets REQUIRED Skills: 1. Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience with Video Conferencing/AV integration, installation and support 2. Experience with Cisco SIP video endpoints 3. Knowledge of VC/AV system signal flow and Infrastructure - Ability to quickly troubleshoot Video endpoints and integrated AV systems PREFERRED Skills: 1. AMX, Crestron or Extron control system knowledge 2. Experience with Cisco Video/ Crestron control/video Clearone & BiAmp DSP, Logitech, Poly MTR (Microsoft Teams Room) technology including Surface Hub 3.
