Monitors weekly and annual execution of the work plan by the Transmission and Distribution execution organizations. . Understands the effectiveness of, and recommend improvements in business process, practice and procedures as they relate to the identification of known work and work management data quality in the various work management systems. May work closely with the GO Business Finance team to monitor and reallocate budget between programs and maintain and overall view of budget performance.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in job-related discipline or four years of equivalent working experience 7 years of relative working experienceDesired Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or job-related discipline or equivalent experience Utility Industry experience, or related Knowledge of workforce planning analytics theories, concepts, methods, best practices, and techniques as needed to perform at the job level Competency in developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences Competency in making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems Competency in operating effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products - for example Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access - as needed to perform at the job level Competency in making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward Competency in applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization goals Competency in interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions Competency in adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situationsResponsibilities Leads efforts to drive future workplace plans, strategies and concepts into office and non-office space uses. Presents findings and makes recommendations to management or others within organization. Determines where to obtain information to investigate and determine cause of variance of data. Runs regular reports from multiple sources to analyze available resources and compare against resource demand by work category. Tracks and reports on work progression. Updates portfolios for short and long term planning.
