The Medical Assistant of Marshall Medical's Clinics works with medical
caregivers to ensure effective medical care is delivered to all patients
in a timely, dignified, and caring manner.Qualifications:
Completion of a Medical Assistant Program or equivalent
training/experience required
Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
required
Must have injection skills, phlebotomy skills, EKG experience and
medication administration skills
Basic computer/data entry skills; medical terminology;
patient/family health education; instrument sterilization techniques
and taking vital signs also required
Certain Medical Assistant positions must meet all DMV
requirements:
Requires: A current CA Driver's License, a clean DMV printout and
proof of automobile insurance coverage in an amount not less than
$50,000 per person/$100,000 per occurrence (or a combined single limit
of $100,000) and property damage coverage in amount not less than
$50,000 per occurrence, prior to interview.Req #9284
