Sacramento company is looking to add a Application Support Specialist to their team. This is an exciting new opportunity as this will be the first Application Support Specialist in the company. In this role you will be responsible for the communication between the application, the developers, business units and vendors. You would be writing up the user stories and communicating these to the IT team assigned to the project. You would be also documenting the findings and potentially training the end user/ business unit on how to use the new feature or improvement. When there is a new client you would also be involved in the implementing, maintaining of the application. This is an exiting opportunity for the right person.
