GENERAL PURPOSE: The Enrollment Advisor II excels in the Enrollment Advisor I role, and is able to manage a higher volume of admissions activities as a result. Provides in-depth university information to prospects, sets an example by effectively managing internal relationships, and assists with event preparation and coordination. Demonstrates the ability to drive persuasive and meaningful conversations with prospective students, and has established effectiveness and efficiency in completing applications.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities:

Program Advising: Lead team of advisors to advise perspective students on admission processes including admission requirement, application status, and admission decisions and support new students to adjust to the programs and university services during the first term.

Lead Management: Support the director by performing reporting and progress measurement activities. Utilizes enrollment data imported into Microsoft Exel to track team effectiveness and monitor progress toward enrollment goals. In the absence of the director, the SEA assigns leads to team members in the CRM OnDemand system and monitors follow-up.

Application Processing: Assists the director in further developing the Recruiting Roadmap, communication and outreach strategy, and application process by identifying opportunities to improve. Identifies potential problems/challenges for applicants and admits, to promote early intervention upon starting school at JFK and increase the new student's chances at success. Provides lead reporting to the director, including measurement of daily, weekly, or monthly effectiveness in lead management.

Event and Outreach Coordination:

Assist the director in planning, coordinating and executing student recruitment activities, and measuring the results, post-event. Gives presentations and campus tours during events, and assists with event analysis. In the absence of the director, the SEA oversees event coordination strategy and ensured the needed support is being provided.

Work in collaboration with college administrators, faculty members, and other campus officials, serving as a liaison with other departments. The SEA assists director in proving updates to internal stakeholders.

Other Duties as assigned by the Director and senior administrators. Job will require occasional weekend and modified work hours.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Education: Bachelor Degree (preferred)Experience: 3-year experience in the field of enrollment management and/or higher education.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Demonstrated leadership in managing admissions activities. Ability to manage team to achieve goals. Knowledge of compliances and regulatory related to admissions. Maintian a high degree of confidentiality on all of the sensitive information this position is privy to. Provides coaching to Enrollment Advisors in lead management and relationship building.
