ETIC offers a competitive benefits package where employees appreciate work-life balance.Our Pleasant Hill office is looking for a Senior Project Manager with a background in Geology and/or Engineering to manage environmental projects.Summary:

Provide strategies for regulatory negotiations, anticipate clients’ long-term environmental needs, grow work from existing clients, and develop new clients.

Manage all aspects associated with environmental projects: soil remediation and single/dual phase extraction remediation system construction, including field tasks and regulatory compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships, promote positive communications with regulatory personnel.

Manage all aspects of environmental projects, e.g., project strategy development and implementation, site assessment, remediation implementation, environmental compliance.

Prepare proposals and change orders.

Manage budgets and project schedules for multiple projects and prepare change orders as needed.

Mentor staff for professional growth, qualify performance, work safety, and productivity.

Provide senior review of technical and regulatory reports and correspondence.

Responsible for project financial performance.

Successful Candidate Should Have:

BS or MS in Geology, Engineering or Environmental Sciences

15-20 years of relevant environmental consulting experience

Professional Registration as a P.G. or P.E. preferred.

Demonstrated environmental experience pertaining to site investigations and evaluation, remedial design and implementation.

Proven ability to perform in a high volume, time sensitive/deadline environment.

Sound decision making and problem solving abilities.

Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects at a given time.

A team player.

Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and detail oriented.

Proficient with several computer applications including MS Office Suite.

Must meet company defined, pre-employment alcohol/drug screen.

Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
