Leverage daily interactions and huddles to teach Style Consultants about visual priorities and creating outfits to support building the basket for each guest.Solve merchandising issues and adjust sets to create and maintain inspiring presentations. Teach and influence A&A clearance guiding principles. Partner with A&A team on solving new merchandising opportunities as product arrives and is stocked by the Style team. Assess store visual standards to elevate visual presentations in Apparel and Accessories, Mannequin Moments, Baby Focal, Home Innovation Space (Front and Black Flats), Home Focals and Trend Runs, Trim A Tree, Outdoor Living.
