JO#20803 IT DIRECTOR - ERP Systems Maxonic is seeking for a IT Director of ERP Systems for the Pleasanton, CA area This role is a direct hire and will be responsible for all IT applications in support of Finance and HR systems but not limited to
- Define, drive and oversee the Business Systems Enterprise roadmap for the Finance and HR organization.
- Oversee multi-million dollar projects and proven track record in new system implementations
- Partner with senior business leaders on their strategic roadmap, understand their operational issues and business processes and create technical solutions to scale business operations and ensure compliance.
- Identify and recommend creative ideas to improve business operations.
- Own the portfolio of projects, and lead projects to achieve desired goals and benefits aligned to planned timelines and budgets.
- Lead and develop a global team with end-to-end responsibilities: engagement, analysis, design, develop, QA, support.
- Provide leadership, be a strategist, be a mentor
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT
- 5 years in Management, with at least 3 years as a director in a medium to large size organization
- Strong Finance Acumen
- Good understanding of Finance systems Oracle, Workday, Netsuite
- Ideal candidate will also have experience managing HR systems
