DescriptionAccountemps is the industries leader in staffing accounting and financial service professionals and is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk for ongoing opportunities as a temporary employee in the Tri-Valley area. Any experience with ERP systems, reporting software, and smaller industry specific systems (i.e. QuickBooks or Yardi) is preferred.Requirements
Job Duties include:
o Resolving A/P issueso Updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/Lo Reconcile A/R discrepancies A/P reconciliationo Prepare invoices and apply paymentso Process, Review, and Verify expense reports for accuracyo Match purchase orders to invoices; enter into accounting softwareo Complete full-cycle A/Po Provide internal and external audit assistance as requiredo Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative taskso Carry out additional tasks as assignedo Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followedAccountemps matches highly skilled professionals with accounting finance jobs at the best companies on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
