Job Title:- Apigee Developer Location:- Pleasanton, CA Duration:- 12+ Months Contract Job description : Technical/Functional Skills 1. 2-4' experience on Apigee Edge, Apigee Hybrid, A. 2. 1-2 years' experience on Anthos GKE, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform 3. Good Experience on CICD tools Jenkins, Maven, Github 4. Good understanding of API gateway policies 5. Designing and developing API proxies for Apigee Gateways. 6. Securing API proxies using OAuth , SAML etc. 7. Should have worked on caching and KVM. 8. Custom policies using JavaScript, Java Callout and Node Js 9. Strong understanding shared flows and flow hooks. 10. API Management Lifecyle , versioning , setting up virtual hosts , deployments and publishing to DevPortal 11. Strong Understanding of Management API's 12. Should have knowledge on CI/CD pipeline to deploy proxy code to apigee gateway 13. Should have knowledge on 2-way ssl and other transport protocols like websockets etc. 14. Strong understanding apigee architecture like routers , message processor . Experience Required 4+ years of experience with Apigee. Preferably Apigee Certified. Roles & Responsibilities 1.Design and develop API proxies for the Apigee gateways 2.Define API Management solutions for various use cases through Apigee gateways 3.Develop custom policies using JavaScript , Java Callout or Node Js. 4.Implement the CI/CD pipeline for the proxy deployments. 5.Secure API proxies using oAuth, SAML or OpenID Connect. 6. Implement API Management lifecycle by design , create , deploy, and publish to developer portal. 7.Troubleshoot any issues after go-live.
