Job Description:

Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Job Location: Pleasanton, CA and Dallas, TX

Responsibilities: The HRIS Analyst acts as an advisor to both HRIS internal teams aswell as business partners providingsupport in documenting, standardizing, optimizing, and testing systemsand processes related to businessoperations. This position meets with various teams to understand thescope, business requirements, painpoints and desired outcomes associated with projects or newdevelopment. This role is required to have abroad set of problem solving techniques, open mindset and capable ofstrategic and tactical thinking.You will be expected to participate in daily coordination with teamsto understand client concerns and tosupport the business objectives, working collaboratively. In addition,you will be responsible for prioritizingand structuring work for lower level consultants and completing taskstimely. You will also be expected toapply creative problem-solving techniques to resolve issues andimprove operations. This position will beresponsible for probing, clarifying, and documenting business needs tocreate optimal solutions for HRISclients. Provide support for HRMS including, but not limited to, researching,and resolving system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Utilizes interpersonal skills when working with various customersand peers to accomplish project goals, requirement gathering, product walkthrough/demos. Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy, which must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles. Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Train clients on newprocesses/functionality. Build effective relationships both within and outside the department; seek input from and maintain effective ongoing communication with others. Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders todefine, implement and support system interfaces.

Required Skills: Advanced understanding of Oracle HCM solution modules and conceptssuch as Core HumanResources, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Compensation, Talent andPerformance Management. Perform hands-on configuration setup in Oracle HCM Cloud. Review and monitor interfaces to assure they have run successfullyand according torequirements. Work with developers or other HRIS team members toidentify, review, research,and correct problems and implement fixes. Coordinates transfer of data to external contacts for services andplan administration. Active in the Requirements gathering, development, review, testingand implementation of systemand process enhancements or projects including the preparation andreview of associateddocumentation. Provide recommendations to resolve system and process errors;identify opportunities for moreefficient or effective ways to perform operations. Use experience and knowledge to consider improvements to broaderHRIS landscape. Develop and review user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Lead in the seamless transition of product delivery to business partners Ability to work unsupervised and self-directed Ability to build relationships and gain trust Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities Effective communication skills and demonstrated experience workingin a team-oriented environment

Education Bachelors degree in Business or Technology; or Equivalent work experience in related field
