Our owner, Kevin Comerford has always found his passion in making his people to be the best that they can be and providing growth opportunities for his exceptional teammates!Job Duties and Responsibilities:Drive Top Performance with advanced knowledge of every aspect of residential insulation products, while utilizing a company vehicleMaintain existing client relationships by Giving Remarkable Service with strong sales, communication and customer service skillsWorking knowledge of San Francisco Bay Area city codesBe Kind and Encouraging by educating residential clients and insulation, installation and Install technicians on Insulation, Indoor Air Quality and Air Flow projects, while creating processes and training opportunities for Insulation Technicians in all of our centersDriving the overall company success in Insulation, Indoor Air Quality and Air FlowDesign Insulation, Indoor Air Quality and Air Flow projects for Optimal Comfort and EfficiencyDocument service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or recordsComplete all tasks in accordance with Service Champions quality and safety standards and Honor Our CommitmentsUpdate job knowledge by Being a Life Long Student and participating in educational opportunities, and training newer technicians in Sales and Installation of productsAbility to work overtime, evenings and weekends Qualifications and Working Conditions:Sales, merchandising, team and process management experience in Residential Insulation, HVAC Ducting and Air FlowTeam and process management experience in Insulation, Indoor Air Quality and Air FlowMechanical aptitudeAbility to work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weatherAbility to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofsIntegrity and ability to promote a positive company image at all timesProvide exceptional customer service while on the job siteResults driven in a high-energy environmentAttention to detailMust be a self-starter and work independently We Offer:
