- Responsible for the support of production applications including root cause analysis and blameless postmortems
- Advanced troubleshooting and deductive reasoning skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical teams as part of the Incident management process.
- Incident Management (ITIL) and on-call rotation as needed.
- 5+ years in development/support engineer/lead roles
- Hands-on experience in with Java/J2EE enterprise-scale applications, Python/Shell, or any scripting languages.
- Expertise in implementation, postproduction support, troubleshooting large-scale web applications including both on-premise and cloud.
- Experience in creating and managing to monitor & alerting techniques
- Experience in automation of day-to-day manual tasks using Python/any
- Experience with Mongo DB is preferrable
- Knowledge of NoSQL, Kafka, and modern tech stacks a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications or related field
