Role:- Readiness Lead Location:- Pleasonton, California (Day 1 onsite) Contract JD: Readiness Lead (pre-wire activities) Prepare detailed AP placement planning Coordinate with Ross third party vendors including hardware / product OEM, field service vendor for surveys and install planning. Validate and review detailed roll-out plan including site cutover activity list, communication plan, change planning. Prepare detailed roll-out schedule for all stores wireless cutover in alignment with Ross stakeholders. Prepare detailed store communication plan related to wireless roll-out at respective store and region. Prepare final Access Point (AP) placement plan, Bill of Material (BoM) and roll-out schedule in coordination with Ross Vendors and stakeholders Review and validate AP staging, label tagging, shipping by Ross Field service Vendor. Coordinate with Ross Stakeholders for Wireless converge and capacity planning as part of Survey Validate Wireless survey, site readiness assessment performed by Vendors Validate material ordering, cabling, patching and overall site readiness for AP roll-outs Coordinate with OEM, Store business team, Installer team (third-party vendor) at respective store. Act as the single point of technical contact for all requirements related to wireless deployment prerequisite at site.
