Blackhawk Network has an opening for an Account Manager supporting the US Consumer Gift Card Program. The Account Manager reports to the Program Director and supports a strategic gift card team with client and issuing bank relationships, program management, and analytics for our network branded gift cards. This position will include some relationship management, but will focus primarily on operational needs, sales analysis, reporting, and program scalability. The ideal candidate possesses both strong analytical and interpersonal skills and enjoys working with people in a customer focused environment that requires continual multi-tasking and flexibility. This position will interface with others across all departments within Blackhawk.

Provide support to strategic network branded gift card program owners, and assist in relationship management as needed

Track marketing programs specific to channel and review costs and sales lift projections associated with each proposed marketing program

Develop and execute sales analytics to track AOR and help optimize profitability and identify opportunities for organic growth within our business unit

Work closely with production planning teams to scale and optimize inventory management and reduce costs associated with program collateral

Provide support with product onboarding and changes within our proprietary processing platform when necessary

Assist in coordinating fulfillment of compliance/regulatory related requests and audits

BA/BS degree in Marketing, Management, Business related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of account management experience.

Strong verbal and written communication as well as analytical and presentation skills.

Proven background in project management and client services.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Work well with large, multi-functional teams and in highly complex situations.

Ability to manage large-scale projects with little direct supervision.

Innovative and entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to solve problems in an evolving business environment.

Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management.
