Perficient is looking for an Associate Technical Consultant to join the team. Usually a major in computer science, engineering or an engineering degree with programming coursework and an interest in being a software developer, the Associate Technical Consultant builds world class software applications for some of the country’s largest companies. Perficient’s Associate Technical Consultants utilize top technologies including JAVA, .Net, Adobe, Oracle and SalesForce to implement popular software products such as IBM WebSphere Portal, AEM, TIBCO, Siebel, SharePoint, etc. while working in a collaborative environment.
Software testing for Java web services
building test automation frameworks
Develop/Design large software systems
Validate and certify web services using the Soap UI tool with Groovy scripting
Integrate uatomate test suites with CI/Cd Jenkins pipeline
Contribute to test automation infrastructure by writing and augmenting test scripts and/or test libraries
Analyze failures, reproduce issues, isolate problems, and identify root causes in conjunction with developers
Bachelor’s degree
Deep Web QA software testing experience
Atleast 4+ years of development and/or test automation experience
Ability to Measure and report test coverage across all applicable dimensions
Knowledge of all or some of below tools/technologies -
Selenium/Java Scripting
Soap UI tool with Groovy scripting
Bobcat, Cucumber
Test script/test library creation thru Bitbucket/GIT
CI/CD Operations thru Jenkins
Atlassian tool suite and QTest
Knowledge of current technologies, application software development, Agile and iterative development methodologies
Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Flexible to new situations and challenges
Prefer candidates that have the ability to travel up to 50 percent
