Role: IAM Sailpoint Developer Location: Pleasanton, CA & Atlanta, GA & Denver, CO(Remote Until Covid) Duration: Long-term Contract Client: Cognizant Technical Skills: Sailpoint, Java/J2EE Responsibilities:
Gather requirement from customer and preparation of the requirement document. Work on preparation of Design document, present the design document to the stakeholders. Clarify/update design issues and concerns. Develop deployment and implementation methodology and standards consistent with vendor best practices Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, Privileged Account Management. Develop and execute test cases and test plans for IAM solutions Respond to escalated Tier 3 client support calls for managed services, as needed Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support activities Observe project delivery protocol and ensure timely escalation of status, issues, and risks Work with vendor product support to open, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues Develop technical project plans and aid in project resourcing Report the upgrade status updates to Technical Lead. Support QA and B&R team. Preparation of documentation for handover to operations team. Participate in go-live activity in the production environment. Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ concepts and features 5+ year of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ administration experience 2 - 5 year of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation experience Experience with the following products: SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint IdentityNow, SailPoint SecurityIQ Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following SailPoint IdentityIQ components: Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Application On-Boarding, Access Request, Automated Provisioning, Password Management, Workflows, Quicklinks and custom forms Excellent coding skills in Java, J2EE with Spring /Hibernate Expertise with Oracle PLSQL/ SQL databases is required. Strong programming skills, as well as the ability to read and code review complex code bases written by others. Hands-on experience in Core Java, Servlets/JSP/EJB and Web Services (SOAP, REST).
