Our direct client is one of the largest suppliers of structural building products in the world. They are currently looking for Salesforce Administrator for their team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will build, extend, and maintain a large Salesforce implementation while collaborating with our internal IT development teams and stakeholders across the organization. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience required.
- Additional years of direct experience demonstrating proficiency in a Salesforce Service Cloud environment may be considered in lieu of formal education preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience in a high-growth environment.
- Strong working knowledge of all declarative administration including custom fields, custom and standard objects, lightning flow, lightning apps, lightning page layouts, profiles, permission sets, and flows.
- In-depth knowledge of permissions in Salesforce; Roles and Profiles, Org-wide defaults, Sharing Sets, Permission Sets
- Experience in Salesforce implementation, training and documentation preferred.
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
- Ability to work as part of a team, build strong relationships, solve problems, improve processes, analyze trends, identify efficiencies, and champion change.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum development processes
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Lightning
- Knowledge of Salesforce Live Agent, Einstein, Social Studio, or Chatbot
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
- Ability to acquire and evaluate data.
- Ability to triage problems in a practiced, measured, best practice.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage a portfolio of tasks.
- Scoping & Prioritization: You are highly effective at gathering requirements from key stakeholders, prioritizing based on key pain points, and developing solutions in Salesforce that meet stakeholder needs
- Ability to move fast and juggle multiple projects- all while keeping very close attention to detail
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification (highly preferred)
- Any additional certifications
- Experience with JIRA is plus
- Experience with BOOMI is plus
