Intune Administration, Desktop Engineering and VDI with VMWare is primary responsibilities for this role. Strong experience and expertise in Plan, Design and Implement SCCM and Intune platform for small and large environments in a physical and virtual production environment, managing a hybrid model of Intune\MECM up to 6000 Windows desktop systems in an onsite/remote/WFH environment. InTune and MECM customized reporting. •Design and deployment experience of Windows 10 configurations and policies through Intune is a must – iOS and Android are a plus. Work with Microsoft Intune/Autopilot environment including device enrolment, implementing, and configuring auto provisioning scenarios, configuring profiles, managing device access and compliance, application management, managing security.The team is also responsible for developing and implementing desktop related solutions to improve the user experience and security of the desktops for developing end to end provisioning processes through MS Intune including images, software deployment, and patching understanding of the mechanics and processes for developing end to end provisioning processes through MS Intune\MECM including images, software deployment, and patching. Develop or enhance forward-looking standards, architecture specifications and solutions using MECM and Intune to improve user experience, simplify device management as well as deployment of windows, security, and third-party updates in timely manner to all devices globally including on-prem, cloud-based as well as remote internet-basedExperience with Windows Autopilot as a modern OS deployment solution. Analyze existing processes and develop migration strategy from traditional to modern device management in cloud without impacting any of services. Configure SCCM\InTunes for Imaging, Deployment and Patch Management. •Design and implement Unified endpoint management solution for windows and mobile devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MECM, Intune, Autopilot)Manage and implement group policies using Microsoft Intune for desktops, laptops, and VMsProvide health and performance insights as well as trend analysis using Azure monitoring, endpoint analytics etc.Advanced administration duties in SCCM/InTune management systems. Knowledge in VB Scripting, Batch Scripting and PowerShell Scripting (.Bat/.Cmd) .As Desktop Engineer you will be responsible for the overall creation, configuration, and support of a common operating system. Including but not limited to hardware and software patching, upgrades and new softwares. Works with Level 2 team to diagnose and resolve any image or software management related issues. This position will also be responsible for assisting the JAMF administrator in the management of Macs in a remote/WFH environment.Identify system problems and develop innovative solutions to improve processing efficiency and stabilityEngage with cross functional teams in other technology initiatives and projectsCreate supporting documentation for various audiences
