QA Automation Engineer MARKETING Our client is one of largest retailers in the world. Yet their IT department is nimble and dynamic and works with cutting edge technologies. They are currently trying to fulfill an urgent role for a QA Automation Engineer Marketing. This position is Contract and located in Pleasanton, California. Position logistics:

JOB DESCRIPTION: Qualifications: 4-year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience. 5+ years of experience developing test automation framework, tools and processes for complex interdependent programs/projects. Experience in writing test scripts for marketing automation integrated systems, end to end campaign management and messaging platform (SMS, Push, Email) across various channels. Familiarity with Adobe tool stack is highly preferred. Experience with email testing tools (Litmus, Inbox Preview, Mailtrap or equivalent) to validate email preview, rendering and deliverability. Experience with Cucumber\JBehave, BDD, TestNG testing frameworks. Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, JavaScript). Proficiency using SoapUI, Postman or similar test harnesses for RESTful web service testing. Familiarity with test engineering tools such as JUnit, Selenium Webdriver, Enterprise Test automation framework, Unix Shell scripting, Jmeter, JIRA, GIT, and SQL. Experience testing platform integrations with AppsFlyer, Customer Data Platform (CDP), Presado or other Marketing tool stack. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
