Sr. Associate Business Analyst100% Remote Duration: 6+ Contract his role is about organizing resources and supporting the Workday Strategic Sourcing Customer Success organization to support the roll out of reporting, data analytics, financial planning, and cross-functional projects

  • Work across services teams and business and technology to represent the interests and needs of the Workday Strategic Sourcing Customer Success Team
  • Clearly and concisely communicate with colleagues of all levels (including the executive team)
  • Manage and contribute to tactical tasks, such as dashboard and reporting creation, data analytics, business process documentation, and enablement products for the CS team
  • Ability to analyze data and build dashboards and reporting from various source systems
  • Lead effective meetings, understand and document dependencies and action items, foster collaboration, keep everyone on track and organized
  • Use your energy, drive, adaptability and enthusiasm to perpetrate the positive vibes throughout the company
  • Looking for people who have experience with Sales Operations or Services Operation, and in depth knowledge and experience with, renewal, or subscriptions management and other cross functional experiences
  • Hands on system experience with Salesforce, Tableau and Gainsight
  • Data modeling, analysis, and process optimization
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, which includes escalation to stakeholders as needed.
Overall Book of business needs:
  • Way to aggregate total ACV of business in a single easy report given all Scout ACV is opportunity level and not account level
  • Ability to separate out Scout deals owned by WD CSMs vs. Scout CSMs so we can isolate our team's book of business from the overall Scout business
  • Reporting on differences between ACV/Exit Year ACV in renewal opportunities to identify incorrect values or data issues
  • CSM dashboard or report for them to look at their portfolio within a system with real time data vs. keep in a manual excel spreadsheet
Renewal/Upsell needs:
  • Forecasting reporting real time/automated updates on manager/CSM forecast calls for renewals
  • Ability to identify joint customer renewals moved to WD paper and joint customers still on Scout paper to identify owner of renewal and tie into comp numbers (CBAE vs. Scout CSM owners)
  • Closed Won renewals in a quarter report for historical read out to finance at EOQ
  • Renewal s dashboard- showing upcoming renewals, risk and renewal attainment by CSM (have a Tableau example ready to go)
  • Update existing upsell dashboard with Scout/Adaptive Designation Fields implemented to replace opportunity naming conventions to identify sourcing
Product Focused Needs:
  • SKU level reporting to identify which customers have which products
  • Product feature request reporting by # of customers requesting, and ACV attached to ask
  • Reviewing existing launch reporting and ensure using the right date fields for launch, add counter for length of deployment
Education and Core Competencies
  • Bachelor's Degree or related business discipline
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and resources
  • Well-developed organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor communications to different audiences and distill significant information timely
  • Ability to bring parties together to create effective solutions
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Tableau skills
  • Working knowledge of Gainsight, Google sheet
